Conviction in Pendleton Murder Case
Last week a Madison Circuit Court 6 jury found 25 year old Courtney Radford of Indianapolis guilty in the 2023 murder of Jared Wininger. Radford’s arrest followed an investigation by Pendleton Police. The trial lasted four days. According to the Madison County Prosecutor, Radford faces a sentence of 50-115 years. Judge Mark Dudley set Radford’s sentencing for October 17th.
