Drug Sentencing in Madison County Circuit Court
Madison Circuit Judge Andrew Hopper handed a sentence of 47 years, with 40 to be served in the Indiana Department of Correction, to Robert Hendricks of Anderson. That comes following his guilty plea in June to various charges related to dealing cocaine and fentanyl. He was charged after an investigation by the Madison County Drug Task Force. Madison County Chief Deputy Prosecutor, Andrew Hanna said Hendricks will serve seven years probation following his incarceration.
