Carmel Administrator On Unpaid Leave After Domestic Battery Arrest

Carmel’s chief infrastructure officer has been placed on unpaid administrative leave following a domestic battery arrest in May. According to a Facebook post from the City of Carmel, Jeremy Kashman, 44, was promoted to city’s chief infrastructure officer in June 2024. His profile page on the city’s website has since been removed.
