Central High School Establishes Muncie Central Freshman Academy

Officials at Central High School have created the Muncie Central Freshman Academy. It uses a school-within-a-school concept that combines academic and social support with smaller learning communities to help all ninth graders navigate their first year, reports the Star Press, to break down barriers to student assistance while building better connections with teachers, counselors and classmates.
