Two Residential Developments Proposed For Noblesville

Developer M/I Homes introduced two residential developments, MontClaire and Bending Branch, to the Noblesville Common Council during its meeting last week. Current reports no action was taken at the meeting. Both developments will go before the Noblesville Plan Commission in May. There also will be neighborhood meetings with surrounding communities in May, and the projects will return to the council for a vote in late May or early June.
