Anderson Transportation Company Sues Donut Outfit

A transportation company based out of Anderson is suing Jack’s Donuts of Indiana Commisarry after claiming they are owed over $700,000. FOX 59 reports Carter Logistics filed a lawsuit on April 11 in Henry Circuit Court against Jack’s Donuts of Indiana Commissary, accusing the company of failing to pay for the delivery of donuts throughout central Indiana.
