Muncie Man Draws Nine Years In Deadly Crash

A Muncie man who ingested meth before he caused a crash that killed a local teenager was sentenced Monday to nine years in prison. The Star Press reports 39 year old Elmer Issac Jones III had pleaded guilty in November to causing death when driving with a controlled substance in his system and neglect of a dependent resulting in bodily injury. The crash killed 15 year old Angel Riley.
