Muncie Driver Struck By Train At Crossing

A Muncie man was seriously injured Wednesday morning when his truck was struck by a train at a local crossing. The man was found partially ejected from truck when emergency responders arrived at the scene, on Monroe Street north of Kirby Avenue, reports the Star Press. Witnesses say the crossing’s gates were down, when the driver pulled around the gates and his truck was hit by the eastbound train.
