‘Embrace Downtown Noblesville’ Launched

Noblesville officials are launching the Embrace Downtown Noblesville project to enhance infrastructure, and improve the functionality and safety of its downtown area. The project aims to update infrastructure such as water and sewer lines, while also focusing on pedestrian safety and aesthetics.
