Distracted And Speeding Drivers Targeted In Hamilton County

Police in Hamilton County are taking part in a national campaign to combat distracted driving and speeding. WTHR reports “Put the Phone Away or Pay” patrols begin April 5th. The program, funded by grants administered by the Indiana Criminal Justice Institute, will continue through April 19.
