Delaware County Jury Finds Man Guilty In Deadly Crash

A Delaware County jury on Tuesday evening found a Marion man guilty of ingesting drugs before causing a crash that killed a pregnant Muncie woman and her infant. The Star Press reports a Delaware Circuit Court 4 jury found Nicholas Allen Blackburn, 47, guilty of two counts of causing death when driving with a controlled substance in his system, a Level 4 felony carrying up to 12 years in prison.
