Appellate Court Upholds Muncie Man’s Sentence In Deadly Overdose

The Indiana Court of Appeals has upheld the convictions of a Muncie man stemming from a fatal overdose. According to the Star Press, in June 2024, a Delaware Circuit Court 4 Judge found Ricky L. Taylor, now 25, guilty of three drug-related charges — including aiding, inducing or causing dealing in a narcotic drug resulting in death, a Level 1 felony carrying up to 40 years in prison.
