University Apartments Anderson -UPDATE

Responding last week to complaints about living conditions at University Square Apartments in Anderson, local agency administrators met with the managers of the LLC to address the issues. On Friday, we asked Executive Director Kim Townsend about that meeting. She told us they met with the managers on Wednesday and discussed the violations with them. She said the company has until February 28 to correct the problems, and were assured that the repairs would be completed by then.  The Indiana Secretary of State reflects the location of the registered agent of the complex as Warsaw, Indiana.
