Ribbon Cut On New Noblesville Surgery Center

The Noblesville city government on Thursday celebrated the grand opening of a new surgery center with a ribbon-cutting. The Indiana Orthopedic Institute will open Monday on Borg Warner Drive. The $35 million center is 38,000 square feet. The center will be dedicated to hip and knee replacements.
