Muncie Woman Accused Of Biting Husband, Choking Dog

A Muncie woman has been accused of biting her husband and choking their dog into unconsciousness. The Star Press reports 41 year old Sophia Altred Hopkins was charged with domestic battery, a Level 6 felony carrying up to 30 months in prison, and cruelty to an animal stemming from a domestic disturbance at Hopkins’ home along Keller Road on the evening of Jan. 23.
