Muncie Residents Face Charges In Deadly Crash

Two Muncie residents face charges stemming from a May 2024 crash on the Muncie Bypass that resulted in the death of a 1-year-old boy. The Star Press repots 21 year old Jaden Lamarr Vance and Jezlynn Shanae Balfour, 23, are each charged in Delaware Circuit Court 2 with neglect of a dependent resulting in death, a Level 1 felony carrying up to 40 years in prison.
