Muncie Man Gets Eight Years In Weapons Case

A Muncie man was sentenced to eight years in prison after pleading guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon. 40 year old Brian Scott Lewis pleaded guilty to the Level 4 felony. The Star Press reports authorities say they found a “custom-built” rifle in Lewis’ Ford Focus after he was pulled over for a traffic violation on Indiana 28 on Feb. 5, 2023.
