Muncie Man Facing Charges In Deadly Overdose

A Muncie man has been accused of providing another with the heroin that led to a fatal overdose. According to the Star Press, 26 year old Tre Jeswuan Simmons was arrested Monday on a preliminary count of dealing in a controlled substance resulting in death. Police allege Simmons sold heroin to Ronald Lee Swift, a 58-year-old local man who died of an overdose on Jan. 13.
