BZA Rescinds Muncie Man’s Appointment

A local political activist’s stint on the Delaware County Board of Zoning Appeals proved to be short-lived.
Delaware County commissioners on Jan. 21 appointed Muncie resident Audie Barber to the BZA board, reports the Star Press after it was determined that the board seat Barber was appointed to had to be filled by a person who lives in an unincorporated area of Delaware County.
