Public Hearing Set On Muncie Roundabouts Plans

The Indiana Department of Transportation on Wednesday, Feb. 5, will conduct a public meeting on plans to install four roundabouts in and near downtown Muncie. The Star Press reports the meeting is set to begin at 6 p.m. at Ivy Tech Community College’s Fisher Building, at 345 S. High St. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m.
