Muncie Man Facing Drug Dealing Counts In Randolph County

A Muncie man faces a drug-dealing charge in Randolph County after Lynn police said he was found to be carrying more than 70 grams of fentanyl. 67 year old Ray Allen West, was charged last week, reports the Star Press, after he and another man were found “nodding off” in a pickup truck parked outside the Pak-a-sak convenience store in Lynn.
