Henry County Deputy Won’t Face Charges In Fatal Crash

A Henry County sheriff’s deputy will not face criminal charges over an April 2024 chase that ended with a fatal crash in Muncie. The Star Press reports Delaware County Prosecutor Eric Hoffman said Wednesday that after a review of events leading to the crash — at McGalliard Road and Tillotson Avenue on April 18, 2024 — he has decided against pursuing charges against the deputy, Tanner Strelecky.
