Hearing On Attempt To Charge 14 Year Old As Adult

Tempers flared on Wednesday as testimony continued in a hearing on a bid by prosecutors to try a 14-year-old Muncie boy as an adult. The boy’s attorney, reports the Star Press, has made dozens of objections during the hearing spread over two days in Delaware County’s juvenile court and maintained prosecutors should “forfeit” their ability to try his client as an adult over what he claimed was mishandling of evidence.
