Winchester Woman Charged With Setting Fires

A Winchester woman has been charged with two counts of arson. According to the Star Press, 52-year-old Jeana L. Mosier is accused of setting at least twice set fires at a home in the 600 block of East Short Street on Nov. 18. Police say a neighbor, with whom the suspect had issues, told police they believed Mosier was the suspect.
