A New Castle hair stylist is accused of offering a Henry County Sheriff’s Deputy free haircuts for life if he did not take her into custody on a drunk driving charge. The Star Press reports 49 year old Angela Dawn Showalter made the offer May 9th as she was being taken into custody. She’s charged with both bribery and driving while intoxicated.
