An arson suspect was arrested in Delaware County after a fire in Fortville Tuesday night, police said. WTHR reports the call came in shortly before 9:30 p.m on the 400 block of Virginia Street. A possible suspect was identified and the suspect, who has not been identified by police, was located in Yorktown and detained by deputies with the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office.
