Dowling Seeks To Stay On The Bench

Democrat Kimberly Dowling has filed her declaration of candidacy for a third term as judge of Delaware Circuit Court 2.
The Star Press reports Dowling first won election to the Circuit Court 2 bench in 2012, and won a second term in 2018. Prior to becoming judge, she had been a local attorney for more than two decades.
