Authorities Allege Muncie Man Had THC In System At Time Of Deadly Crash

A Muncie man has been charged with a pair of felonies after tests allegedly showed he had THC in his system at the time of a fatal car crash. According to the Star Press, 21 year old Tristan A. Moore is charged with causing death when driving while with a controlled substance in his system related to a crash on Cornbread Road a year ago.
