The DWNTWN Costumed Creature Crawl comes up Saturday in Muncie from 12pm to 3pm. A parade lineup beginning at the County Building is at 11:30 A.M. and the march starts at noon, proceeding to the commons. There will be a program featuring animals including an armadillo, hedgehog, owl, gator, snake, tortoise, lizard, bug, frog and toad followed by trick or treating at downtown businesses between 1:30pm and 3pm.
