A retrial for former Muncie police officer Corey Posey ended in a mistrial again. Posey was charged with falsifying a report following an incident in 2018 in which fellow officer Chase Winkle physically assaulted a suspect. Posey denied the allegation. Jurors told a judge this week they were deadlocked.
