Anderson Police arrested a juvenile after a drive-by shooting Wednesday afternoon. It happened just before 4 p.m. near the intersection of 20th Street and Arrow Avenue. There were no injuries. A woman who was in the vicinity said she was standing near her car when she heard shots fired and saw a male tuck a gun into his pants and run into a nearby alley, reports the Herald Bulletin.
