Report: Muncie Man Will Enter Guilty Plea In Drug Case

A Muncie man charged in an interstate drug conspiracy has agreed to enter a guilty plea after striking a deal with federal prosecutors. The Star Press reports 48-year-old Terry Lamarr Hill will reportedly cop a plea to conspiracy to possess with intent to deliver and distribute controlled substances, carrying up to 40 years in federal prison and a fine of up to $5 million.
