A man wanted on a homicide charge in Alabama was arrested Wednesday in Delaware County. According to the Star Press, 20 year old Teddy Donnel Cozart Jr., was apprehended shortly after 4 p.m. following a traffic stop on U.S. 35, near Mount Pleasant southeast of Muncie. He’s accused of shooting a man in a vehicle last year who died of his injuries.
