The Indiana Supreme Court won’t be removing a Delaware County judge from a local criminal case. According to the Star Press, Delaware County Prosecutor Eric Hoffman on Friday asked the state’s highest court to appoint a new judge to determine whether 42 year old Joshua Ireland must serve a sentence, recently imposed by Delaware Circuit Court 2 Judge Kimberly Dowling, in prison.
