The former administrator of the Muncie Sanitary District has been released from a federal prison in Kentucky. The Star Press reports 48 year old Nikki Grigsby received a one-year sentence after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit wire fraud for steering MSD contracts to a contractor in exchange for bribes. She was released last Friday.
