A New Castle woman is charged stemming from a crash this week. 43 year old Amanda Sue Stinson, is charged with causing serious bodily injury when driving while intoxicated and public intoxication, reports the Star Press. She was arrested Monday evening after a crash was reported near the Speedway convenience store in the 2500 block of South 14th Street.
