A Muncie man charged in connection with a fatal overdose wants his trial moved to another county. The Star Press reports 40 year old Anthony Tiller claims the man who died in connection with the case 58 year old Brian Bell Sr., was so well known locally that Tiller would be unable to receive a fair trial. Tiller has been held in the Delaware County jail under a $100,000 bond since his arrest on Sept. 21.
