A judge next week will hear an appeal for a man charged with murder to be granted a bail request. An attorney for 29 year old Cy Alley will try to persuade a judge to set bond for his client. Alley is charged in the August 23rd shooting death of his neighbor Gerald Lee Copley, along Delaware County Road 500-N south of Albany.
