A second arrest has been made in connection with a robbery in Muncie. The Star Press reports 23 year old Tanner Lee Little, is charged with armed robbery, possession of a firearm by a felon and conspiracy to commit dealing in meth connected to an incident September 8th at a home on the 1300 block of West 17th Street. An alleged accomplice was shot in the face by the victim.
