Next Saturday, October 1st, it’s the return of the IRONMAN triathlon to Muncie. It’s comprised of a 1.2 mile swim, a 56 mile bike trek and a 13.1 mile run encompassing areas of Delaware and Henry counties. It’s a major test of endurance and the challenge can take up to 8.5 hours to finish, if one finishes it at all.
