Longtime local attorney Don Dunnuck, a former Delaware County commissioner, was fatally injured Monday night in a single-vehicle accident on Muncie’s west side. According to the Star Press, the 84 year old was driving a van that struck a tree after going over a curb near 2120 W. University Ave.
