A Muncie man is charged with driving while intoxicated in connection with a Wednesday night crash in Henry County that killed a motorcyclist. 50 year old Nathan Lacy told police he had several alcoholic drinks, reports the Star Press. The victim, Richard Patterson died after his motorcycle was struck by Lacy’s SUV at an intersection.
