Muncie police say a 16 year old was injured in a drive by shooting early Tuesday. They were called to the 2700 block of South Hackley Street about 12:20 a.m., reports the Star Press. The shooting happened as residents were outside shooting off fireworks. The teen was struck in the leg, taken to the hospital, and treated and released. A Chevy Malibu was observed fleeing the scene.
