Looks like a June 19 shooting that left one Anderson man dead and another in critical condition might have been an act of self-defense. The Herald Bulletin reports Madison County prosecutors say the incident at 16th and Madison left 24 year old Landon Hill dead, but after an investigation, the Anderson Police Department has not requested charges to be filed.
