Real estate agent Lucius Conner is buying The Neely House, which abruptly closed in early June. The Star Press reports Neely House founder Russell Irving talked to some prospective buyers but wasn’t confident any of them could handle running the establishment. He felt Conner’s background gave him a firmer grasp of the work at hand.
