Some Muncie Intersections Will Be Moving From Two-Way To Four-Way Stops

Muncie City Council voted this week to make numerous changes to the city’s traffic code, taking some intersections from two-way to four-way stops and changing some school zones and speed limits. The Muncie paper reports the changes come after an update to the code was introduced in December but then tabled in order for the council to consult with new City Engineer Adam Leach and with neighborhood residents about the proposals.
