Official misconduct and theft charges face a Muncie postal worker, accused of stealing mail in hopes of finding cash inside. 36 year old Rachael Brim came under the microscope last September. Authorities said at the time, about 120 pieces of mail had been received at the processing and distribution center that had been tampered with.
