A Muncie man is preliminarily charged with murder in connection to a deadly shooting Monday. 32 year old Jason De’Andre Harris is accused of gunning down 28-year-old Erik J. Sparks of Muncie, after allegedly forcing the victim at gunpoint to walk on the Cardinal Greenway north of McGalliard Road. He’s being held without bond in the Delaware County jail.
