A woman who OD’ed in Hartford City last week and survived is now facing charges. 28-year-old Sierra N. Sapp told police she had snorted heroin and both that drug and methamphetamine was fuond in her roooom. She’s charged with dealing in meth, a Level 2 felony carrying up to 30 years in prison.
