Along with being sentenced this week in connection with a federal corruption probe, businessman Jeffrey Burke is being asked to pay $245,000 to the Muncie Sanitary District. Burke pleaded guilty to bank fraud and was accused of lying to obtain an out of state bank loan for a real estate deal not allowed by the conditions of the lender.
